PCBA stands for Printed Circuit Board Assembly. It refers to the process of manufacturing a PCB by passing an empty board through the SMT assembly or DIP plug-in.

SMT (Surface Mounted Technology) is a way to integrate parts on the PCB without the need to drill holes. It involves using mounters to attach tiny parts onto the board. The process includes PCB board positioning, solder paste printing, mounter mounting, and reflow furnace. SMT is sensitive to positioning and part size, and the quality of solder paste and printing is crucial.

DIP (Dual In-line Package) is a way to integrate parts by inserting them into drilled holes on the PCB board. This method is used for larger parts or when SMT technology cannot be used. Two implementation methods are in use: manual plug-in or robot plug-in. The DIP process includes sticking adhesive, plug-in, inspection, wave soldering, brushing, and inspection.
