The double-sided copy board method involves the following steps:
1. Scan the upper and lower layers of the circuit board and save two BMP pictures.
2. Open the Quickpcb2005 copy board software and click "File" > "Open Base Map" to open a scanned picture. Use PAGE UP to zoom in on the screen, see the pad, press PP to place a pad, see the line and follow the PT to route. Draw the board in this software and click "Save" to generate a B2P file.
3. Click "File" > "Open Base Image" to open another layer of scanned color image.
4. Click "File" > "Open" to open the previously saved B2P file. Turn off the top-level line and silk screen, leaving only multi-layer board vias by pressing "Options" > "Layer Settings".
5. Trace the lines on the bottom layer and click "Save" to generate a B2P file with two layers of information.
6. Click "File" > "Export as PCB File" to obtain a PCB file with two layers of data, which can be modified, used for schematic diagrams, or sent to a PCB plate factory for production.
Double-sided, Multi-layer Board Copy Method
For the multilayer board copying method:
To copy a four-layer board, repeat copying two double-sided boards, and for a six-layer board, repeat copying three double-sided boards. Precision multilayer boards with internal wiring can be seen through layering. Sandpaper polishing is a reliable method for this.
After copying the top and bottom layers of the PCB, sandpaper is used to polish the surface layer and reveal the inner layer. The silk screen and green oil are wiped off, and the copper wire and copper skin are wiped a few times. Grinding the board is an economical and popular solution for layering, and it involves sanding the surface layer to expose the inner layers.
