Please keep in mind the following points when designing a PCB board:
1. Consider the outer dimensions of the board. If the size is too large, printed lines will be longer, impedance will increase, anti-noise ability will decrease, and cost will increase. If the size is too small, heat dissipation will not be good, and adjacent lines will be susceptible to interference. Therefore, it's essential to give a reasonable position to the PCB size and shape.
2. Take into account the location of special components and unit circuits. Divide the entire circuit into several unit circuits or modules, and arrange the core components of each unit circuit at the center. Other components should be arranged on the PCB board evenly and neatly in a certain order, not too close together.
3. Keep in mind that large components, especially some relatively large and relatively high components, should have a certain distance. This is helpful for welding and repair.

4. When designing power integrated circuits, consider color heat sinks, leave sufficient space, and place them in a well-ventilated location. At the same time, do not be too concentrated, have a certain distance, and make them in the direction of the 45 angle.
5. Arrange some smaller integrated circuits along the axial direction, and capacitive elements vertically. All these directions are relative to the direction of the PCB manufacturing process. Regularly arranging the components will reduce welding defects.
6. Place light-emitting diodes for display purposes at the edge of the printed board, so they can be easily observed during application.
7. Place switches, fine-tuning components, etc. in an easy-to-operate place.
8. In the same frequency circuit, consider the distribution parameters between components. General high-frequency circuits should consider the distribution parameters between components. As much as possible, arrange components in parallel in the general circuit. This is not only beautiful but also easy to install welding. At the same time, it's easy to batch production.
9. Components located on the edge of the board must be 3-5 cm from the edge.
10. Consider the thermal expansion coefficient, thermal conductivity, heat resistance, and flexural strength of the PCB board to avoid adverse effects on the components or the PCB during production.
