PCB Quality Judgment Method

Firstly, an electrical connection performance inspection is carried out, usually by the PCB manufacturer themselves. The test instruments used are the light board tester for measuring the on and off of the connection as well as the logical relationship of the multilayer board, including the metalized hole, and an automatic optical tester for graphic defects to check the overall performance of the PCB.

Secondly, process inspection is conducted, which includes checking the PCB's appearance, smoothness, flatness, clarity of characters, resistivity of vias, electrical properties, heat resistance, solderability, and other comprehensive properties to determine whether it can be accepted.
