We are equipped with advanced machinery, including AOT optical detectors, fully automated cleaning machines, dispensing machines, Fuji CP8 Series SMT mounting machines, and fully automatic solder paste printing machines.
- **DIP Plug-in**: We offer a capacity of 1 million points per day with 2 DIP plug-in lines. Our processes support both leaded and lead-free wave soldering.
- **Testing and Assembly**: We provide ICT testing, FCT testing, and specialized services for finished product assembly. Additionally, we support program burning and aging tests, as well as complete product assembly (Box Building).
- **Logistics and Transportation**: For packaging, we utilize pearl cotton, bubble wrap, and five-layer cardboard boxes. We also support various transportation methods, including SF Express and land transportation.
