SMT (surface-mount technology) chip processing is a highly demanding precision electronic processing method utilized for electronic products with comprehensive functions. Soldering process in the SMT patch
In electronic processing factories, several important details must be noted during the soldering process. For instance, the surfaces of the metal to be soldered and the pad needs to be thoroughly cleaned to ensure a proper soldering effect. Flux, a chemical substance aiding and promoting the soldering process, also provides a protective effect by preventing oxidation reactions.
