Below is the standard process of our one-stop service, you will see how we control our quality during our production.

Circuit Schematic --> PCB Design --> Gerber Confirm --> Production --> Flyprobe/Fixture Test --> Component Purchasing --> IPQC(component/PCB QC) --> Soldering Paste --> QC --> SMT(NXT II FUJI automative) --> QC --> Reflow Machine(oven) --> QC --> Omron AOI Machine --> X-ray Machine --> QC --> DIP --> Functional Test --> Washing --> QA(30% of order quantity) --> Packing --> Delivery

For some speicial PCBA project, we will arrange production and testing according to customers request. Our goal is to assure product quality can be at least 99% control in our side so that customers do not need to worry about it.
