After analyzing current wearable device applications, Argus Insights reveals that most users are easy to fall into frustration while they synchronize data. At the same time, App experience is poor. When user tries to use App to track calories, heart rate, number of steps and other sleep indicators, difficulties are often to occur for the interpretation of all personal data which make it hard to take good use of these information.

With sustained progress in hardware and application gradually extended to other than watch, users need a killer App to process and present these data from wearable devices. In order to continuously improve user experience, the industry must use a simple, easy-to-understand way to integrate all personal information collected to encourage users to take specific action.

One of comparison results is even more thought-provoking. Although consumers are satisfied with hardware products from Samsung, Lumo Bodytech and Fitbit, but Apps designed by these brands for the same products can not satisfy users.

On the other hand, the study shows that although consumers are not satisfied with their Jawbone device, but Jawbone App has the highest rating.
