PCB assembly capability
We are good at high precision SMD assembly as well as special footprint parts such as 01005, 0201, 0402 parts and BGAs parts.
For PCB assembly, we have 8 automatic SMT lines, 2 DIP Dual wave soldering lines, 2 manual soldering production lines etc.
For sourcing conponents, we have professional purchase team to ensure the quality.
We have engineering team for normal PCBA development.

Quality Guarantee
All PCBAs will be tested by AOI machines ,and if there any special footprint such as BGAs,we will have all PCBAs tested by X-Ray machines.
We guarantee 5 years warranty.
We guarantee 100% workable PCBAs for samples and 99.97% for mass production,but with 100% yield of functional testing.
