Before SMT, KingshengPCBA will choose PCB laminates in compliance with RoHS standards for PCB manufacturing. Also KingshengPCBA will use lead free solder paste and related reflow/wave ovens. KingshengPCBA will strictly fulfill RoHS requirements in light of customer's local regulations and doesn't want to make customers into any trouble on this basis.
