As for the cost of PCB Assembly, most electronic manufacturers may concern the price more than the quality and services. And they have lots of queries about the quotation. So we'd like to conduct a comprehensive cost analysis for PCB Assembly.
According to the BOM, the purchasing dept will inquiry the pcb board, electronic parts and etc. Sometimes assembly cost and engineer cost will be included in the quotation. For the small batch of PCBA, engineering cost will be covered usually. Based on the material loss, we usually cover 5% when purchasing the compone. And the PCB assembly costs include SMT and DIP. The charges will be different according to the specific of circuit board solder joints and the process ways.
As for PCBA test cost nee to count according to each PCBA board test time. If within one minute, Kingsheng PCBA will provide the testing service in free. Other charges will be on customer's special requirements.
