IPC-Association Connecting Electronics Industries ® released "in April 2013 in North America printed circuit board (PCB) Statistical Report." Report showed April PCB order to bill ratio up to 1.10, as in July 2010 the highest since.
PCB orders rose sharply
PCB shipments in North America in April 2013 fell 7 percent, but the orders has increased by 7.2%. YTD, PCB industry shipments were down 5.1%, orders fell 2.3%. Compared with last month, PCB shipments in April, down 9.9%; orders were down 14.3%. Over the past five months, orders have been exceeded shipments.
