We typically don't need to speak with the manufacturer again once we have completed the circuit board's initial design and performed a preliminary check to make sure it complies with design guidelines. We can contact the manufacturer for a fresh pricing quote after the circuit board is designed, or we can examine the previous one. Our top engineers and the payment department will be instructed to proceed with the payment if we approve of the price.

A price quote can be automatically calculated for us by several producers using web technologies. We need to notify them of our location and upload our circuit board files. We use the latest YAMAHA Pick & Place equipment, Glenbrook Technologies precision X- Ray imaging, and YESTech Optical Inspection units. Our quickturn prototype assembly service supports fine pitch components as small as 15 mil pitch, passive components as small as 0201 package, and ball grid arrays (BGA) as small as .4mm pitch with X-Ray inspected placements. Solder types include leaded and lead-free RoHS compliant and we use laser-cut stainless-steel stencils (nano-coating available).
