The need for anti-static electronic components is increasing as electronic products become more compact, light, and thin. Additionally, as PCBA off-site processing becomes more popular, longer transportation routes and more advanced PCBA packaging techniques are required.

The PCBA board can be packed in vacuum, bubble, pearl cotton, electrostatic, or other types of bags before being placed within an exterior box.

PCBAs are often packaged in a small box, a large box, and an anti-static bag. To make sure there are no gaps within that could cause movement during transit, the huge outer box that is empty before it is shipped needs to be filled with pearl cotton or other soft materials. In order to ensure anti-static properties, PCBA packaging should guard against vibration-induced damage to PCBA boards during shipping.

PCBA boards are comparatively brittle and readily broken goods. Before being transported, they need to be carefully packaged in bubble bags, pearl cotton, vacuum bags, electrostatic bags, etc.

Our customers are over the world, it means that we need to delivery PCBAs by air or sea transport. During the transportation, we have to pay attention to the packing details in order to avoide any accidents.

The most common packing way is Anti-static bag includes desiccant + cardboard + outer carton. Static will affect the chips & other components in PCBA. Anti-static bag is the best way to protect. Desiccant is to keep the PCBA dry. Cardboard is used for shock-resistant. It can fix the position of the PCBA and protects it from crushing. Because PCBA is fragile, it can be damaged under heavy pressure.

We can also provide bubble bags if requested by the customer. However the volume will be much larger. To save the shipping cost, we will find the best way to pack and make sure safe delivery at the destination.
