PCBA is prone to buckling when some sub-boards are assembled. If there is a chip capacitor around the daughter board connector, cracking is likely to occur.

Since the operator assembles the daughterboard by pressing down on both sides of the daughterboard, the connector pins in the middle of the daughterboard are relatively large, requiring relatively large pressure. If the auxiliary tool is not used for assembly, direct pressing is easy to cause the child. If the board is bent, stress-sensitive components such as chip capacitors placed near the connector are likely to be damaged.

Solution:

Chip capacitors are stress-sensitive components. When laying out, the PCB must be protected from deformation during manufacturing or use, such as imposition joints.
