There are many reasons for the resistance process of the circuit board. During PCB fabrication, if the resistance is too high, it should be divided into the inner layer is too high or the outer layer is too high. In general, the reasons for operating the circuit board are too high.
Loose connections: A conductor's resistance may increase due to loose connections, such as those at terminals or splices. Temperature: As a conductor's temperature rises, so does its resistance. This implies that resistance may rise in response to high temperatures.
The main reasons are as follows Several situations.
1. The line of the circuit board is relatively thin, which causes the resistance of the circuit board to become higher.
2. The copper thickness of the circuit board is relatively thin, resulting in a higher resistance of the circuit board.
3. The line spacing of the circuit board, the thickness of the dielectric layer is thicker, and the thickness of the outer layer ink is thicker, resulting in a higher resistance of the circuit board.
The resistance and tolerance of resistors are indicated by their three- or four-digit designations. The PCB resistor code is the name given to this tagging technique for resistors.
Three digit codes are made up of two numbers and a first that represents the resistance value in ohms and a second that represents the tolerance.
One digit for each digit in the three-digit code makes up a four-digit code. The first two numbers, which are always zero, indicate that there is no tolerance or specification on this resistor. The latter two numbers, which are always one, indicate that the resistor's specification falls within 1% and 10%.
An electrical circuit's current or voltage can be limited with the use of a PCB resistor. It is employed to regulate a circuit's current flow.
