The following is a guideline for inspecting the appearance of PCBA during the production process. It is important to implement these standards to ensure that the final product meets the quality expectations of our customers. This standard should be applied to all PCBA products manufactured by our company unless there are specific exceptions. These exceptions may arise from the unique characteristics of the parts or other special requirements. In such cases, the PCBA standards may be modified accordingly, but the quality must still exceed general appearance standards.

1. Check whether all the components on the product are consistent with the BOM list, and there are no undesirable situations such as missing or wrong materials.

2. Whether the orientation of the polar components is correct.

3. Whether the appearance of the components is complete, whether they are damaged or not, and the battery insulation cover must not be damaged, dirty or painted.

4. Check whether the solder joints have sharpened points, false soldering, false soldering, trachoma, peeling, short circuit, soldering, and poor tin.

5. IC, PCB, triode, BGA, QFN need to check whether the material silk screen is correct when testing.

6. All DIP components need 100% tin penetration, and the front solder pads need to cover the pins.

7. The components cannot be erected or shifted.

The application of PCBA inspection standards in IPC is an important reference for our quality posts. In many cases, the standards are far below the requirements of customers. In the actual production, the process personnel of the PCBA processing plant should adjust measures to the situation, give full play to their experience, and use flexible and strict standards to ensure the straight rate of PCBA boards.
