PCBA factory often find that some components in the BOM cannot be purchased during the sample or MP stage. Generally there are the following situations:

For the large quantities, it is best to contact traders to prepare long-term materials. Purchasing or have some stock can effectively alleviate the situation that components cannot be purchased.

3. Components prices are too high

Excessive components prices are a frequent occurrence in the past two years. Due to the impact of the epidemic on production, many components have one price per day. The best way to deal with it is to find suitable alternative materials, or to carry out the process within the price range.
